Returns & Exchanges

We want you to shop with confidence. However, due to hygiene and the nature of human hair, strictly adhering to these conditions is necessary.

✅ Eligible for Return If:

The lace has not been cut.
The wig is unused and in original packaging.
The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

❌ Not Eligible If:

Wigs that have been worn, altered, installed, bleached, or styled cannot be returned.

Refund Process
